Hi I am new to this forum. Please can anyone help.
My Humax is not responding to the remote. Only mute, exit and volume control work. Have changes batteries. Rugby on this pm need to get it working. When I turn on power have to press exit to get to last channel that was viewed, then not able to change channel or get home page, TV guide etc.
      Thanks in anticipation

Thanks but I have tried that and nothing happens.
Really at a loose end as to what to do next. The Humax is not connected to the internet we just connect to a satellite dish.

Try a factory reset (Note your recording schedule as you will need to re-enter it, Recordings will remain as is).

      hi,
Today I have starting having the exact same issue.
The mute, power and volume buttons seem to work on the remote but the screen is just black and there is no sound or anything.
I have been able to bring it back by switching the power off at the plug and beck on again but it seems to do the same thing after a seemingly random amount of time.

Same here - for a couple of days now. While watching/listening is fine and then trying to use the remote all buttons other than volume, mute and power do not work. Also the program change buttons on the box do not work. Only solution has been to switch off at the mains (not the box), wait a bit and then switch on. It is happening 2 or 3 times a day. Software is version UKSFAA 2.02.07 dated 4 Nov 2014 and no updates found. I have emailed humax-digital support about it so maybe that will help. Any other ideas?

      Hi

I have also started getting same fault. Could just take it back to Currys for a replacement under warranty, but would new one be the same? It has been fine for 6 months, till last week.
