I also tried the full name of the file which is '20210314 1900 Antiques Roadshow' but that didn't work either.
A long time since I have used humaxrw but I thought the filename was just a number and the programme title came from one of the associated files. Look at the directory with Windows Explorer; whatever file name you see is the file name you should use. If the filename contains spaces then you must put quote marks around it; eg if the the filename is '20210314 1900 Antiques Roadshow' then I would try:
humaxrw 2: -p "20210314 1900 Antiques Roadshow".ts
