All channels seem to by ok, at the moment, via the Waltham transmitter (East Midlands). The only difference I might have is my Aura isn't permanently connected to the internet. I wonder whether a rogue update has installed on those with blank screens - or is it that not finding the internet stops the blanking - or is the fault not on Waltham - or am I just lucky?

Same problem as you.
I just got my Aura 2 weeks ago and it worked perfectly until I think a week ago, Humax sent me this this morning but I have only just come in from returning it and ordering one online.Hi Bruce,
We've identified an issue affecting the Aura channels just as earlier reported. You may reply with the box serial number and your post code for further escalation.
Best Regards,

Well that was only a brief reprieve, just got home to find that ITV2, ITV4 More4 are freezing again, other problem channels still seem ok.
Edit .....Film4 and Film4+1 have now also started to freeze.

I too have an issue with picture freezing - below is a message I have sent to Humax Customer Service …
Unfortunately I cannot tell you which tv transmitter I am receiving my signals from.
But I’ve noticed in the past week a number of channels are freezing the picture, sometimes with a blank screen. For example 4+1.
Oddly the sound is still present, but it keeps breaking up.
I live in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. I am only guessing that my transmitter is Belmont.
I did a full Factory Reset yesterday and that didn’t work. Also I have installed an attenuator at set it as low as 72%, didn’t help.
I seem to have had this problem from time to time ever since I bought the Aura.
Please help me with an update to fix this problem once and for all.
Many thanks

Kingsmiller,
Enter your postcode and house number into this website and click 'Check'. Scroll down and the first section will show your local transmitters, their distance and compass bearing from your house. By looking which way your aerial is pointing you can make an educated guess as to which transmitter you should be receiving from.| Fri 14 Mar 2025 17:49:37 #26 | -
Most likely Emerly Moor, but looking at other posts I can see it’s appears to be an issue all over the UK

So, my new replacement Aura is coming tomorrow, but in the meantime, I plugged in my Manhattan T3R, and it works perfectly. All the channels I couldn't get on my new Aura box are now available on this box.
So how are Humax going to fix this D3&4 mux problem on the box? can it be done with an update?| Fri 14 Mar 2025 19:07:29 #28 | -
