Spotted the same problem here over the weekend too (although now I think about it I may have noticed it Thursday whilst flicking through channels but it didn't register...).

I'm seeing the symptoms described here on...

    6 ITV2
    14 Film4
    15 Channel 4+1
    18 More 4
    26 ITV4
    28 ITVBe
    30 E4+1
    35 ITV1 +1

Going to log it with Humax support now - I know they are already on it from what I've read in this thread but I guess the more that register it the more hope of a speedier resolution there may be.

This is becoming a serious problem. The more of us who report it to customer services then more likely they will push the developers for a solution.

Perhaps report it to the broadcasters affected as well? They won't be happy that their services are not able to be enjoyed by many of their viewers so will want to lean on Humax and Arqiva to resolve the issue.

Humax Towers are aware, and the engineering team are actively investigating.

Yes I think we need to report it to them as well.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Humax.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We are experiencing an elevated volume of contacts due to an issue affecting Aura set-top boxes, where certain channels may experience intermittent reception issues. Our development team is actively investigating the cause and working diligently on a resolution.

At this time, no further action is required on your part. Once a fix is in place, it should be applied automatically. However, if you need an update, please feel free to reach out.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We apologize for any disruption this may have caused.

Would you mind letting us know their reply ?
It is not in my opinion an issue which is going to be resolved by a Reboot or faulty cables etc, but a problem which can only be resolved their end, perhaps a software update.

Exactly the same as sent to another poster here, just a generic message then. As I said before nothing further can now be gained from reporting to Humax as the wheels are in motion but following Gomez's suggestion to report the issue to the broadcasters of the affected channels and Arqiva may get the attention of those who are the cause of the problems.

Sorry to say this but thank goodness, I thought it was only me. My problems are with:

    Channel 6 - ITV2
    Channel 14 - Film 4
    Channel 15 C4 +1
    Channel 18 - More 4
    Channel 26 - ITV4
    Channel 28 - ITV Be
    Channel 30 - E4 +1
    Channel 35 - ITV +1

I shall monitor this thread with a keen eye.
