My Humax seems overall very laggy at times and even clicking links within the site it seems to take many seconds to get there.
I run IE 11 and with a BB speed of 16+ Mbps.
Sometimes when I type the URL I sometimes get 'busy' and have to o it again.

Which Browser are you using ? This often happens to me using Chrome, switching to Firefox it always works instantly. I have a download speed of 100Mbps so it's not the issue.

humaxdirect.co.uk seems fine for me. I do have a little more BB speed than you though (56 down and 10 up). Maybe there are a lot of people online. My speed drops considerably when the kids get home and homework is being researched. R-

EDIT: Having said all that the above post crashed out (505 Error) after about 18s. Maybe they are working on it.

Unfortunately a result of being popular, over 11000 registered members!

Remember this site is provided to you f.o.c. (I pay all the bills associated with it), no adverts, no calls for donations.

Apologise for the slow website, beyond our control...

Apparently our hosts are having network issues with customers using the 'Premium Hosting Package'
