    Thank you I should be okay now - I have a receipt I’ll take it back there tomorrow if I get another make so be it-Had a Panasonic before give it to my son wish I hadn’t now

    As I said, they are not showing any Freeview recorders, any make. Only Freesat.

    Just to let you all know I managed to get all my channels back last night, without losing my recorded programmes.Fed up with not being able to watch/rec I only had to re-enter the ones I wanted to record (series etc) I just went into settings, system settings then factory default>reset all settings.Just wished I'd done it last week...

    That is good to hear. I would suggest that you ignore any minor name changes etc. and do not retune unless there is some major change happening to a channel you use. And definitely not if you suddenly lose reception of a channel.
