    Hi all
We have a 9300T, about 3 years old. On Monday we got a ‘no signal’ message; checked the transmitters and relays online and they all seem to be working properly, with no engineering work planned. Turning it off and on didn’t have any effect. Restored PVR to the default setting last night, after which the automatic scan picked up three channels only (STV Edinburgh, Pop TV and a Xmas channel – not the most inspiring selection). In settings, the signal strength seems fine. If the freeview tuners have packed in it seems odd that it can still pick up three channels – any thoughts on what may have gone wrong? All suggestions for fixes welcome!

Does sound a bit odd. Is there any sort of amplifier in the circuit that may have failed? Have you carefully checked the aerial cabling for kinks or signs of water ingress or badly made joints? Can your TV receive a full set of channels from the same aerial feed?

Thanks Martin. The aerial does have a booster, I'll check that and the other bits you mentioned. Cheers

Hi Martin L - checking the connections and getting rid of any dust sorted the problem; re-running the installation process located all the channels. Thanks for your help!
