I bought the Aura 2TB from Amazon in Sept 24.
All was ok, bar sound glitches, until a week or so ago.
I spoke to Amazon who pointed me to Humax, and then to Humax tech support who acknowledged that there is a current problem.
They asked me to bear with them but with no date for fixing the issue.
I like the box and have invested in 8 extra remotes for other rooms so do t want to change away BUT Amazon should stop selling this box until Humax fix the issue. That should certainly encourage the developers to resolve the fault. Otherwise they’re selling a box which fails to comply with the sale of goods act and Freeview certification.
Any thoughts ?
