Welcome to the forums.
Who are you asking to fix your problem? This is an independent forum for owners of Humax products. My5 has nothing to do with Humax, or this forum.
It may have something to do with your local broadband, as there are currently many more people than normal sitting at home streaming games and TV from the internet.

My5 has not been working on FVP4000T/5000T for quite some time. It has been raised a number of times, but there has been no solution.

Perhaps that's because not enough people are flagging it up with Humax?

Had an online chat with Chris at Humax who says it is problem at the Channel 5 servers and have logged my complaint, he says not a lot Humax can do until Channel 5 sort it.

Then why does it work on other systems? Did he explain that to you?Because other systems connect directly to the main servers. FVP includes a search capability that finds content on both live and and IP delivered content. Thus you need a link from FVP servers to the streaming source.
This includes a backwards epg so clearly this needs to come from a different source. So far this works fine on Freesat G2 boxes.
However because it works on other kit means nothing.
I doubt Humax can do anything about this. It did work, now it does not so they have not broken it,
