I've reset to default several times since the problem started without result.
Software Version on my unit 2.02.09
Is this the latest version? Thanks.The only reason I can think of that explains the difference is a weird anomaly in the database that relates postcodes to epg channels.
Does your HDR1000S and HB1000S use the same postcode ?
What are the first 3 characters of your postcode and approx location ?The box is recording at the moment, but I will try a different postcode

Tried SW1A 1AA but still getting Channel 999Baffled. Out of interest 999 is on the Freesat Home Transponder. On other than freetime boxes it's a quick and handy check you have access to Eurobird 1 (Though that's due to be de-commissioned in the near future). Most likely when Astra 2G gets to 28.2E.

In system information what system ID do you have? 809C.7D10 ?
Does System Information - network show a current network connection and apart from the IP address show the same info as the HDR-1000S?

Extreme long shot, but running out of options. Can you try the box at a friends who has a dish and a network connection you can borrow for a short period ?
