    I have written three emails about the green mark on my tv screen and not even received an acknowledgment. The first email was sent on 7th December 2018.

    Is customer service normally this poor?

    What is the best email address to use

    Post a photo here, because I suspect that it may be image retention/screen burn.

    Probably your picture file size is too large.

    It says "max 0.1 MB" or <100kB.

    Resize it so the largest side is 1200 pixels.

    How big is the image in pixels. In windows right click in windows explorer, choose properties. Click on the details tab.

    Here is one that is far too big
