Sorry, may be a sill question but would i be able to control my Samsungs TV volume with the hdr-1000s remote.

Also, is the Remote any good? My current foxsat HDR's remote needs to mimprove

Welcome to the Forum

As the remote is not multi functional then the answer is no to controlling your TV volume.

Any good - difficult for anyone to comment until they have one, but as it is appears to be the same as the Youview remote, then response is definitely an improvement on the HDR.

I see from a DS post that Power Direct are quoting Novemeber release for the 1tb version. Any comment from Humax? and is this the unit that is also in white?

A Month to six Weeks after launch is what I am tentatively told, no definite date as yet.
