Carried out a factory reset and everything is now working.

    SW 1.00.21
    LV U 7.54

In Diagnostics Tuner 1 is now showing 100% in Signal and Strength, before the reset there were no readings. I have only 1 cable connected.

Make sure you have the loop from LNB1 OUT to LNB2 IN connected - the Foxsat will assume it is and report possible clashes accordingly.

    Snap Graham. Happy new year.

To work properly you need a short piece of coax with a f connector on both ends. Connect tuner 1 out to tuner 2 in. Without this the box will let you make dual recording reservations that require the loop cable to be connected, these will fail when the box attempts to make the second recording unless both happen to be from the same transponder.
