I know this sort of query has been asked many times on the forum but I can’t seem to find a definitive answer for my problem. The drive on my T2000 appears to be on its way out as programmes are not getting recorded and some recordings jump or freeze. I’ve tried replacing the drive hoping to get to a point where I can do a factory reset in order to complete the drive installation. However, on switching on it goes through a loop of ‘waking up’ then ‘loading’ before repeating that sequence over and over without reaching the usual first screen. Is there something more I need to do in order to complete the task?
