streamed/usb video audio sync/freezing

when streaming video via Mezzmo or inputing from 1000s front usb(all video formats) if I attempt to fast forward or reverse search via humax remote I either loose audio sync or video locks up and no buttons at all work
Playing back without ff/rew is normal,pause and play seem to work ok.

seems lost part of my first post.
should also read......
is this to be expected or is this a fault with my box

Seems normal as I suffered the loss of audio sync quite a lot when fast forward/reverse. The lockup was more rare for me.
I sold my box due to the number of bugs in the software but still know a couple of people who suffer this problem.
