Stuck on installation wizard

Ive set the TV on AV 1 and tried again with the same result...stuck on "installation wizard"!!!

On Channel 407 we have got Fashion One with good picture and sound....

Yes it is, I have contacted Amazon they say it is faulty and I'm to send it back for a refund....
