When I switch to the TV Guide, next to the channel number, there should be the channel name but the only ones on there are the BBC and channel 5 names only.
I've even done a full channel search which deleted all my favourites and recording schedule but still nothing.
I am attaching a screenshot for clarity.
    The last update was 24 May 2022 vs.UKSFAA 3.01.01
Can this be fixed or is that it?
    Thanks for any help

If you look at this thread https://myhumax.org/forum/topic/channel-logos-not-showing other people were reporting EPG issues on Freesat but are now reporting they have been resolved. Perhaps try putting the box in standby and then turning the mains power off for 20 seconds and see if the problem fixes itself when the box restarts.

    Hi Martin,

Thanks for your reply and I've checked the other thread and it looks like it's not just me.
I've tried your suggestion but it didn't solve it.
I really don't want to reset the box either.
I've sent an email to humax and tried Freesat chat with no reply from both.

    Update:
I did a factory reset just now and all the names are back on the EPG!
I had to re-enter all the recording schedules but luckily there's not much on tv at the moment that I want to record

I had the same problem of missing channel names. I first tried just turning my Humax HDR1100-S off with the button on the box but no success. Then I tried a channel retune - no success either. I succeeded in getting the names back after switching it off on the box AND unplugging the box power supply. When plugged in again all the channel names were listed OK!

As of this evening (15-7-24) the channel logos have again reverted to their basic form exactly as in June. When this happened in June it was said it was a server fault. I can’t be alone with this but it has only just become apparent.

All of my channel logos have disappeared too. It's far worse than the occurrence in June when some survived.
My EPG is also painfully slow. I'd go as far to say that it's unusable this evening.
    Hopefully it'll get sorted soon.
