TV guide says no information available

I'm having the same problem with 'no programme information'. I have tried going to BBC 1 HD but unfortunately hasn't worked foe me.

I have cleared cookies and done manual as well as default retune. Switched off in wall, removed aerial and put back in, but still no luck.

I should be with Crystal P. transmitter although no way it shows in the TV.

I tried emailing Humax but it just comes back as non deliverable!

Try setting a "wakeup" timer on BBC1 HD at say 7am then see if it populates.

Also whilst waiting for the program info to appear do not use the remote.

It is called a Power Timer. Usually recommended to turn off after about 20 minutes.
