Unable to play video files from NAS

Hi all,

I've got an issue playing video files from my NAS through Media Share. My Humax sees the files fine and will play a couple of them but on 90% of them it says 'Not Supported File Type'.

However, if I copy the exact same media file onto a usb drive and attach that to my Humax the file plays fine... Any ideas anyone, it's driving me mad!!!

I have found the Humax 1000s to be variable to say the least when it comes to playing files from my Synology NAS. In fact I don't use it anymore as I find my Panasonic SMART TV to be a much better client - it plays just about anything I throw at it from the Synology.
