VPN and Google Playstore Apps

Does Cyber Ghost VPN work on the Aura? Also do all Google Playstore apps work on this machine? I use French TV apps that I had to sideload on my Firestick and they don’t work great (have to use the cursor). I sent Humax an email and they didn’t reply. Is the Aura worth getting at the moment or best to wait? I hear there are lots of issues.

How do you find the machine in general? Hearing that there are lots of issues, and I am waiting before I decide to buy or not.
