Who are these 'Special Members' and 'Senior Members'? Their mantra and unhelpful unsympathetic replies often give the impression they are working for Humax. They seem not to like complaints about the software, its faults or the lack of customer service.
How do the become 'Special' or 'Senior'? What is the hierarchy in this place?

They are people who have been here a long time.
And what is the point of repeating what has been said several, if not dozens of times before in the same thread?| Sat 24 Oct 2020 15:08:25 #2 | -
As far as we know, none of the forum participants work for Humax. Those definitions are just a quirk of this forum's software.

How long is a 'long time'? How soon could I become a member of this seemingly elite class? And incidentally, why are they too embarrassed to show us a picture of what they look like?

It is based on the number of posts that a member has made, and length of membership.

I've just come across a new title; 'Admin Administrator'. Where do they fit into this hierarchy? Are they above or below 'Special' or 'Senior' members? How did they reach that position? It sounds like an official position within Humax.
