    Hello all
I'm having problems with my remote. When the PVR or TV buttons are pressed, the response (as indicated by a flash of the LED) is very sporadic, only registering for say, 1 in 10 or 1 in 20 presses. The odd thing is that I think the buttons are actually working but the remote isn't responding . The reason I say this is that if I do a remote reset (holding TV and the red button) it responds every time, even if the TV button doesn't flash when it is initially pressed.
It's really frustrating as it makes the use of one remote really difficult. I've tried changing the batteries but no change.
Has anyone else had these problems?
    Thanks

It's not quite the same Barry. When the buttons are used more generally the response of the box is normal. The remote just seems to struggle to switch between TV and PVR, as indicated by a failure of the LED for each button to light up when pressing it. All other buttons work okay, and cause the relevant LED to light (relevant being "TV" or "PVR" depending on which is selected).

It's as if the buttons themselves aren't working, yet they seem to work fine when I need to do a remote reset (albeit without lighting up when I first press them).

    Hope the makes sense!

    Makes perfect sense.

Tried all you have with my remote and the relevant LED's work as they should.

If within warranty contact Humax Support for a replacement.
