help - unable to use ondemand or showcase

Hi

I have symptoms 1,2,3 and have tried all the suggestions on this forum.y broadband etc is OK and I have emailed freesat twice who say they have escalated the issue. So I will like many others wait and see

I agree that "wait and see" is probably the best policy. This new Showcase upgrade is a mess. Random malfunctions appear and disappear, no helpful comment from Freesat and seemingly no sense of urgency about putting it right. Having just yesterday lost and later recovered the rollback EPG, I've now lost menu access to On Demand (Showcase still present). I can't be bothered to check out the rest of the functions yet again.

Pity. This used to be my go-to box for catchup but I've lost patience with it,

Yep On Demand has gone on my box this morning as well. Showcase is still there and the catch up epg.

On-demand missing here this morning as well. The first problem I have had.

Mine as well, but I'm disappointed to find the Youtube app doesn't let me watch London Zoo's whitespace trial cams.

I don't think that's the reason it's not available now - I can get it on iPad ok.
