None of the transmitters in range use channel 37. The communal system must be changing the frequency to avoid conflicts. Best bet is to get a small log periodic and align it on Winter Hil

sorry. I think I said I restored the previous state as it was better than the Formal state. So that included other transmitters. The humax is also recording from a number of other transmitters.

    In addition to the formal 49 50 54 55 58 59
    it is also taking in 21 24 32 37 40. (all T)
Some of those restore key channels
    (e.g. BBC 1 & 2 on 32 and CBS and others on 37.)
    40 may come from Skemersdale.
I have no idea where the others come from as they are not in my wolfbane table anywhere.

I did try an internal aerial as a test on attenuation but as far as I know it produced the same results but without doing another manual test I can't tell.

I think the correct list of channels should be

    DVB-T: 32, 37, 49, 58, 59

    DVB-T2: 54, 55, 56

Channel 37 was the COM 6 Mux. Presuming wolfbane is correct it's no longer 37.

The OP is getting the BBC- B HD mux on 37. No listings I can find show BBC-B on 37 on any transmitter remotely in range.

I have just checked Winter Hill details on Wolfbane, and it is out of date.

BBC A is shown as 50 when it is now 32
ARQ B is shown as 55 when it is now 37

55 is now COM 7 HD which is not shown on Wolfbane.

That is also shown by the 20 Feb changes listed for Winter Hill here:
    https://www.freeview.co.uk/sites/default/files/2020-03/700MHz-Clearance-Events-Granada-Region-Mar-2020.pdf

ARQB was also 37 before that time, so it can only not be 37 now if there has been another change to WH since then.

Weren't the February 2020 changes cancelled making the current list ? Still current.

The OP however is getting the HD mux on 37. Surely this must be a shift in the communal setup.

No, it's the April changes that have been postponed. I am receiving from Winter Hill on the numbers mentioned by Martin in post #43.
