Thanks for getting in contact with BBC iPlayer Support to report that you have been experiencing some problems watching programmes on iPlayer recently.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you about this, the investigation has taken longer than anticipated.

A fix has now been released by the BBC iPlayer Product team that will allow you to access iPlayer as expected.

Humax are also working on a new firmware update for the issue.
