As far as I am aware, the London update is already completed.I found an article that suggests the following regions will be updated on or about 26th April:
North East and Cumbria
North West
West
South West
South (including Oxford)
East (including Cambridge)

Hi,
I had the same problem but found that BBC1HD NorthWest is now on channel 837. I discovered this by going on BBC1 and clicking ok when the Watch in HD sign came up.
Is there anyway I can get that back to 101 on my EPG. My transmitter is Winter Hill?
Thanks| Tue 9 May 2023 9:49:00 #13 | -
Hi, thanks. I've tried that but I still get the message No programme information available. It's since we've got the regional programmes in HD.
Any other thoughts?| Tue 9 May 2023 10:14:07 #15 | -
My local BBC 1 HD is now on channel 814. (BBC1 North-West)
Is there any way of editing the numerically-ordered channel list in the epg so that I can move 814 to just above 102 (where the BBC1 HD used to be before all this regional HD malarkey?
Thanks

Any other thoughts?Have you power cycled the box ? (ie put the box in standby, wait for the hard drive to stop spinning, turn off the electrical supply, wait for 30 seconds and then turn on the power again).

I've always found it best when they are moving Muxes etc to delete the relevant channels first before doing the rescan
