I've commented before, but I reckon it's more than software or firmware. I reckon it's a hardware component or hardware design issue. To fix this would require a recall and rework on existing Aura boxes. I wouldn't be surprised if they ignore Aura and its issues, and they release a new box. (which will be the fixed Aura in disguise).
