I contacted Humax Support today to see if there was any update on Netflix/Now TV and surprise surprise, the answer is no update.
However, I was told "There is an firmware update due to be released soon."
Any ideas what this might be?

It will be on the 5th of Never. It’s either nothing to see here or “do a factory reset”.
Would the beta testers in this site not be aware of this by now and possibly already testing this firmware if it's coming soon?
Hopefully the APP may also be updated .... so it actually works. The guide hardly ever populates so setting a new recording remotely is near impossible.
The version of the Aura app started working again after being un-installed and re-installed. I have a Sumsung A45.
Its been fine since.
Reinstalling the app on my iPad fixed the problem with the guide not populating too.
No Netflix is but a tiny inconvenience to be frank i find it much easier to cast from my smartphone to my external chromecast and or TV or Youview netflix app which appear when i select cast button...to be frank I find navigating via phone then tap cast less cumbersome then using tv remotes to control embedded device app
