    Update details:

Privacy policy update aligned with GDPR.
    Minor time error bug fixed.

It is a phased roll out - plan is to go unlimited next week.

Edit: Also of course aligns the software version for both units.

Is that it? Does nobody in the development team read this forum and see all the user's issues which have been raised? I realise that it is not a Humax based forum, but they could actually look at it for information.

I'm really sorry, for my previous post which transpires was wrong.

I've just had a look on my 5000t, and it has downloaded an update which wasn't there yesterday morning.
this update has the release date of 2nd August2018.
So yes there is an update being rolled out as Barry stated.

James, your post moved to a recent thread on same subject.

See first post on this page for details.....no major changes.

Yes, mine updated this morning. I have an auto switch on period from 7-7.30, but then noticed that it was still on at 8.20. On checking, it was waiting for me to accept the T&Cs.

Well. I’ve had channel logos every day since the update last week. This has never happened before and now exceeds my previous record where the unit lasted five days on one occasion.

So this is good news and I hope it stays that way!

I was thinking that, but I was going to wait a few days before commenting. If they have sorted it, maybe there are other improvements which have not yet been documented.

On checking the system page I discover that this update is available to me. Tried to download it but after 34% it stopped downloading and reported "Failed". I attempted this twice with the same outcome. Any ideas? It's a 4KT machine if it makes any difference.

EDIT: My apologies, a power cycle has resolved this issue. R-
