I've extracted the tree view details as requested for files 1 & 6 (not playing) and file 3 (playing).

Very strange the one that plays is NTSC 29.97 fps and the others are PAL 25 fps.

Remux all 3 to .mp4 and change the audio to .ac3 (Dolby Digital)
