Any chance of someone sharing the file please?
Mine doesn't find it and it's still not on the website yet.

As stated in post #108 it is a phased roll out, you will just have to wait a little longer for the next phase.
Just got the software version 1.01.49 and all seems well so far,
Even the live TV app works now,
Cheers for all who helped in the beta testing
Checked for new update today at 9am, through system setting's,
No update available!
At what times is it available?
Cheers

As Barry pointed out in post 108, it is a phased roll-out, so users will get it on different days.
However in his post Barry has included a link to the Humax website where there are instructions for a manual download of the new software.
Hi, yes i saw and read the instructions, don't have a blank USB stick.
Cheers
No update here as yet. Just wondering how long now.
Hello.
Looked for update again this morning, still no joy. I understand it is a phased rollout, but no information as when to check for it.
Any ideas anyone??
Cheers

You don't need to look for it, it will automatically update as long as the pvr is connected to the power and internet.

If you're getting desperate...
it doesn't have to be a blank usb stick, download the fvp4000t_upgrade.hdf file from humax/Barry's-link and copy it to a usb stick, if you've done this before make sure you delete the old fvp4000t_upgrade.hdf file from the usb stick first.
If you don't have a usb stick, double check iplayer works, i.e. the box can actually connect to the internet. If iplayer works then it's just a case of checking every now and again and/or waiting
