Have tried what you suggest.

Frequency 11097

Polarisation V

Symbol Rate 23000

Transmission DVB-S2 (8PSK)

FEC 3/4

I get exactly the same as your screenshot. When I try this on Horizontal there are no channels found

11052 finds no channels on either H or V.

I am in the Isle of Harris. My configuration is just a standard sky dish with a 4 way LNB. No external signs of water damage and all connections are good. Looks like I won't have signal meter until early next week..

Guessing your lnb is shot. Easiest way is to simply swap it for a new one. Assuming you have a sky type dish they are as cheap as chips on e-bay.

Update: Replacing LNB has fixed the issue.
