Hi,hope someone can help. My box is 3 years old and was working fine.
Two days ago it failed to connect to my network. I have done all the usual things, checked cables, other things on network are working, powered down,
reset to manufactorers settings, checked by changing to a new network lead.
Any help much appreciated. Hope i dont have to replace box.

How is the HDR-11100S connected to the network?
Have you tried rebooting your router and when the reboot has fully finished the HDR-1100S?
Is the Green light next to the network socket on?

Hi,the box is connected by DSL Router with a yellow lead.
Yes i have rebooted the router then the box.
Yes the green light is on.
Yes it does have a network address in system settings.

Hi again, the problem was the router, i unplugged the box again, reset the router and plugged the box back in. Working spot on now.
