Hi All. For months, the tv guide has been missing intermittently. I've have tried every bit of information I can find on the Internet. Reset the box, turned off at the wall. Deleted cookies, channel search. There was no software update available. And anything else I've found . Is there anything else that can fix this, as I can't set programmes to record when the guide is displaying no programme . And information.its driving me mad now

Have you deleted all the channels you do not watch?

No. I have no idea how to do this. Would this help restore programme info to BBC2 and channel 5? I'm missing programme info on may channel however these two seem the worst

Did you restart the 5000T after deleting channels.
Put the box into standby, then unplug from the mains for two minutes.
Plug back in and let the box power up after five to ten minutes see if the EPG
    is filling up.
