My wife has just discovered that when viewing the guide, you can jump forward by between 1 and 7 days using the + button

Just adding to the knowledge base!

You can get the same effect by long-pressing the right arrow button. (And the left arrow button, somewhat surprisingly - at least to me)

The update to the FAQ that Barry mentioned is from 2016!

That wasn't in my 2017 version of the user guide but is in the the 2018 version.

Possibly you have an old version of the user manual.
The 2018 version is still available for the Humax support site.
