OK, I believe I've solved this, I've had no issue for almost a week now.
I believe the issue was to do with Dobly.
On my LG sound settings I changed audio mode from auto to Dobly manually. Since then I've not had a signal lost image since resuming from stand by.
There must be something going on during the handshake, it's probably my TV not liking switching from pcm sound to Dobly, but it seems happy to be dedicated Dobly.
I am still repeatably having a similar issue.
Bring Aura out of standby (not deep sleep), get picture but no sound, go into either the menu or the programme guide which will work fine and I can hear the GUI sounds, then go back to live TV and either get no sound, or no picture and no sound.
Dropping it back to standby and then waking it up again has always sorted it (no need to do a full restart or a power cycle) but it would be nice if it worked. I had hoped to jump on the beta software test group to see if this could be fixed, but was too late.
