Not particularly keen on the fact that each time you switch the Humax back on, 'list' is the default setting for the recordings

SSThing - 26 minutes ago  » I have just cycled my unit on/off a number of times and whichever I choose, either grid or list, it always retains the option I had chosen prior to turning off.

Could the difference be due to the power saving settings?
Timderstick, do you have Power Saving Mode set to 'On'?
SSThing, do you have Power Saving Mode set to 'Off'?

I lose the Grid setting overnight and my Power Saving is set to 'On'

Switched mine off overnight for the first time.
On rebooting I can confirm that the grid setting has reverted to list.
    Well spotted everyone.

Does anyone know where I can get the previous version of the software so I can go back to it?

While the current version is being transmitted, no point as it will just get updated again.

Have you tried a reset to factory defaults since the update ?

    Photograph your recording schedule first.

You won't lose any recordings unless you select the 'format' option.

No, it's set to 'Off'. Would that setting be likely to make a difference?
