Humax HDR1100S - When I want to record a program series there are times (once per week say) when I am not presented with the “Record entire series?” prompt when I press the “Record” button. The program records as a one-off and I am left to look for the next episode manually with every chance that I will miss the next episode unless it is a “weekly-at-the-same-time” type of series. At this time I have not tied the problem down to one channel or program but, to save time I wondered anyone knows if this was a well known issue and what the fix is, if there is one?

    Thanks in advance.

Most probably a broadcaster error with no series CRID in the EPG data.

So that means I can't do anything about it then? If it is a broadcaster error then other people must be having the same problem? I know we all watch different channels but I would have expected someone else to have had this issue but I cannot find anyone else on this forum mentioning this issue so do you know if it is a common issue and have you had the issue yourself? I have probably had the issue 5 times over the last two months.

Next time it happens post the Programme and Series CRID's and the channel and programme.

Re the "Hidden Menu" thread link there is no way to access the "Hidden Menu" (to see "Series CRIDs") on my HDR1100S. See attached two pictures of my "Settings" options.

I'll try the uploads again at a smaller size.

You appear to be one level down from where you should be.
    Settings - General.

"You appear to be one level down from where you should be.
Settings - General." - I don't understand this comment. As you can see I am in "General Settings" so where should I be? Can you give step-by-step instruction please on how to access the "Series CRID" codes area?

    Settings > System Info
General info should now be displayed.
dont move the cursor. Use colour keys:
    RGYBGYB

I see they have added some new options.
