Humax Towers have acknowledged my message, all reports to them so far are from users whose ISP is Sky.
Can those having issues post which ISP they use.

I have this problem too, since yesterday. I would recommend not resetting or factory settings or anything. The problem lies elsewhere. I am also with Sky.

I'm also experiencing this issue and I have Sky broadband and phone. I tried all the usual switching off, router re-booting yesterday evening, but to no avail.
I turned the box on this morning and the on-demand services were back. Happiness was short-lived, however, as it's not working again now
Fingers crossed, it's started working for me again now. The box was in standby for a while and after 5-minutes on BBC One, On Demand finally connected again for the first time in days. Hopefully this means they've got to the root of the issue and it'll stay fixed. Thanks everyone
On Demand and Showcase returned for me, also unit now connecting to IP for initial download of EPG.
EPG channel icons still plain text - Edit some updated as I posted this.
I'm still out with both.
