thanks but humax always says to do things like that or a factory reset (which of course people have already tried or are asking because they're trying to avoid doing such things), never do they deal with why the things constantly happen in the 1st place especially given lots of people are having these issues. thanks anyway, appreciate your time.
It seems there are good Auras and bad ones, luckily I have a good one and rarely have an issue, if I do its minor one and can be sorted out with a Freeview reset that only take a few minutes, especially if you backup your settings.
Removing the device from myhumax.net net and re-adding takes no time at all and you do not lose anything. Even doing a factory reset doesn't not lose recordings unless you specifically select that option.
