Unable to record, lost recordings and no on demand

    We've just returned from holiday and nothing at all recorded but it looks like 3.00.31 has recently been applied.

    Can no longer pause live to although on demand is fine.

    Have also tried the factory reset and extended power cycle to no avail although it feels like the hard disk is active touching the box.

    Have dropped an email to support although am sure it will be a generic response but we shall see.

    Do hate it when companies release software that is so buggy if completely hoses equipment that was working perfectly well beforehand.

    I've have no idea what force is at work in the world, but the amount of people I know personally (and I count myself in this) who have gone on holiday and come back to failed or no recordings is amazing.

    The PVRs can have worked the entire year flawlessly, yet go away for a week and you return home to no recordings and an earful of grief by SWMBO.

    It happened to me two years running when I had Sky+
