Have just ordered an Aura, but had to send a follow up email -

    First to sales@humaxdirect.co.uk and received:

"Unfortunately, emails to this mailbox are unmonitored – meaning we can’t reply to you directly here.

If your query is regarding customer support, please contact: uksupport@humax-digital.co.uk "

    Then to the alternative:

"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
    uksupport@humax-digital.co.uk (uksupport@humax-digital.co.uk)
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.
The following organization rejected your message: MDX1.humaxdigital.com."

Are we back to the same old same old. Release a box and then semi-shut-down.

    Who actually owns Humax?

I have asked the support manager to check this out.

It has been checked and no problem found.

I have sent a test email, and it has not 'bounced' as yet.

Edit, check that, now received 'bounced' notification, details sent to support manager.

    Please report anymore failures.

A perfect example of how Humax say no problem exists despite numerous reports that it does.

“I think we can move away from supporting the Aura with firmware updates as we’re not getting any emails from customers with issues. Great job team!”

I have a problem with the Humax Aura I bought about 2/3 weeks ago and I too am getting the email run around from Humax UK:-

The Sales@ email address is unmonitored; emails were being rejected because a mailbox somewhere in Humax was full (that stopped about a week ago) and multiple emails to UKSuppore@ are just being plain ignored (for over a week now.)

This is pretty poor support from a major company and would seriously make me think twice about buying another of their products (which are [were] actually very good)...

Perhaps do it the old fashioned way and ring them up 0344 318 8800.
