Greetings!
I tried to access You Tube in On Demand and failed. All I got was the logo on screen and nothing else. I was asked to log in by using my gmail account and still no success. I even checked to see if the box needed a software upgrade, but it didn't. Then I resorted to Humax support by sending an e-mail, but it was bounced back. The reason? Microsoft reported that the recipient's mailbox was full and that I should try again. I did so and got the same response. So, is there anyone out there who knows what to do?
Thanks in advance for your help.

I have the same problem since sometime yesterday. Can't get past the YouTube logo to the home screen. Affects both my 4000T and 5000T.

Sounds like a Humax problem then?

Same problem here - happened about 2330 gmt yesterday.
Works okay via my PC, so agree looks like a Humax issue but who caused it?!| Fri 19 Nov 2021 9:55:18 #5 | -

Same fault here HDR 1100S
You tube will work if you reset the box to factory, and use Youtube on no account.
No good for me though that way and I guess many others.| Fri 19 Nov 2021 10:55:27 #7 | -
Still stuck at YouTube logo (after 20 minutes) on my 4000t.

Noticed the same last night (Thurs 18 Nov)
takes its time before logo appears, then stays on youtube logo (even after being left overnight)
Works OK on Hisense TV and Android fone| Fri 19 Nov 2021 12:39:12 #9 | -
