    I had same problem last night after many years of using YouTube it let me down asked me to check my privacy box which I was unable to find. I eventually opened YouTube by using my old Panasonic remote. Clicked on the Internet button and there it was. Definitely a problem with Humax no problems with getting it on phone, laptop or tablet.

    Same problem here. Last 24 hours unable to get YouTube on my TV. Tried everything. Nothing works. Can get it on my PC okay, but that's no use to me.

    I can’t access YouTube on our HDR-1000S either.

    Yup all working again. I must admit that going by past experience I was expecting it to be months before it was sorted! lol

    An update: Iuri from Customer Support sent me instructions as to how I need to do a reset. However, when I tried it again, before going through that list, everything was working normally. It seems to have righted itself. (Or those nice people at Humax have sorted it.)

    Ahhh, the good old "reset your box" (because we don't actually know what the problem is) advice from Humax.
