Just a quick thanks to everyone who posted during this lengthy shutdown. Without this forum I would have gone crazy trying to work out what was going on. Good to know that if this temporary fix crashes again I can find out what's happening here. Humax customer support finally emailed me today in response to my query on 3rd Oct. to let me know that they are aware of a problem and working on a resolution!!!

    Is your Youtube working too?

I get "incorrect link" for Iplayer, but then I try again and it works.
    Youtube still does't work.

FVP-4000T here. Iplayer is fine for us, but YouTube is still just the grey templates. I would email humax support, but you all say they're rubbish.

Is there another freeview provider we can get a decoder box from?

freesat box hdr 1100s, I player not been working for over 2 weeks now, you tube not working either for the past week. have sent humax an email that I dated 1st October 2020, still no reply but not surprised as any time I have an issue with the box humax are impossible to talk to. will never and I mean NEVER buy another humax product. 1st box I had died because humax did an update ? which was my fault apparently according to them.

Had you been following this thread you would have known it starting working last Friday before the weekend.

Did you actually try it out before posting your tirade

If it is still not working please advise in a moderate manner. It's only TV after all.

Posts like yours help no one especially when they would seem to be totally inaccurate.
