Thats the one, good. Has it sorted out your problems now? You should get your Aura online from time to time as there are bound to be things that change and update every now and again.

    Seems to, so far.

I left the phone on hotspot last night and when my gf got up this morning she said she spent a few minutes agreeing to all sort of freeview things.

So hopefully it's done and I don't have to manually download anything.

Thank you and to everybody who has helped.

As this is the freeview app, does it mean when I connected to the hotspot, it was the FREEVIEW app that automatically updated, and not HUMAX ?

I expect a few things may have updated if it had not been connected before, some including 1.00_62_240210 from Humax and some from other apps.

My understanding is that the Freeview app is from Humax.

Still stuck on "1.00_59_210726_668fc35". Humax support now asking for me to send photos to prove that is still on the old version and not the newer 2024 version!

I keep asking to be removed the beta testing list, but I suspect who ever set this up at Humax before is no long working for them, so they have no idea how to resolve this!

    Most frustrating.

Does anyone have any other method of contacting Humax, rather than via the UK support team, who don't seem to be able to resolve things?

My Aura finally updated the Freeview app! I do not know if it was a coincidence but I was installing a new router today.

Same for me, I am now on the new version too. I emailed a photo of my screen confirming the serial number to Humax and a few days later I noticed it was on the newer 2024 app version.

And me too. Persistance finally paid off. I was at the point of using Richer Sounds
    6 year Warranty!
