    Hi Pollensa1946 and grahamlthompson,
It is all channels, HD and SD.
I'll check the links and reboot away. If nothing in the morning - return.
    Let's hope that fixes it.
    Thanks,

Do you mean all BBC channels ? 111 worked OK on my HDR-1000S

P.S. It was every available channel was missing due to "The receiver is not receiving..." message.

This happened to me this am. A Freesat retune fixed it. No need to Factory Reset.

Unfortunately you lose your recording schedule!

    Another update:

Tuner 1 has come back to life.

It seems normal operation is back. For whatever reason the box needed some time to recover.

If this happens again a Freesat retune will be done. Let's hope it is not going to happen again though.

    Thanks to all involved.

Can someone point me to where the 'Freesat Retune' is on my HDR-1010s please as I can't seem to find it.

Couldn't find it on my 1000s but a factory default seems to have sorted it.

    Cheers TimK

FOUND IT: Settings / Freesat Channels / Channel Search

Freesat finally did the transponder database update. If you do a re-tune in future take a digital photo of your recording schedule. You will need to re-enter it.

Same again with me and again, tested all cables and dish etc. Wish I had read your posts yesterday because today, I called out an aerial contractor as both lines were not showing signal strengths.
The first thing they told me was that they had been out to several Humax boxes this last week with same problem. I had to do a factory re-set which took just 5 minutes and all was back including all our recordings. We just had to record our planned programs again.
I was charged the £35 call out, ouch!
How much have these contractors made for just 5 minutes information?
