The tv that has aura attached is on one aerial.....
Aerial-aura, then aura-tv. (Aura connected to tv via Hdmi and aerial link)
Other tv's have their own aerials
Not sure if this helps.....Just tried watching channel via the aura app & it works fine!

That's very interesting. I will try that using Bubble upnp and VLC on my Android tablet. Will post what happens. I will also try same using VLC on PC.

Yes, it works fine on the app so there is no problem with signal, but there is a problem with the Aura displaying the channel!

Audio/Video Options has no information about the video source resolution.

It is working OK on FVP-5000T same aerial . Tis a strange one. Worth following up it could be a clue as to the cause of the pixelation issue.

Catch Up from backwards epg is working. Watching Star Trek with no issues.

My aura is the same, able to watch the channel via the app, but not via the aura. I have just made a test recording for a few minutes, and this doesn't play, but if you fast forward at least X4, you do see the recording as a series of stills, and increasing to X8 gives a much better flow.

    Thanks for all the reports.

Have highlighted this problem to Humax Towers.

Edit: My report has been acknowledged.

Just trying the backwards catchup and it is working as per grahamlthompsons post.

Many thanks to all of you for your input....thought it was only me with the issue but appears a few of you are having it.

Hopefully a solution will be forthcoming

Good spot - but why would it only effect the aura box & not the tv receivers?
