Thank you. It’s impossible to search, won’t let the back button work and renders the whole operation useless. Someone is making a real pigs ear of this. Let’s hope we have a better and quicker response this time. I’d love to know what the cause is and who is responsible. Is it Humax or is it YouTube?

Just to report that on FVP5000T the back button is not working so that you have to exit Youtube and reenter, while the search function letter grid deletes itself making search impossible. This really shouldn't be happening!

If, as it appears, you have the ear of Humax Towers, is there any chance you could persuade them to monitor this forum on a regular basis to discover what problems users are uncovering?

Yes, you would hope so, but it has seemed that they only become aware of problems when a good few people send in emails complaining.

That is the way to go. How do we contact them? Is there a specific email address? It would be helpful to know for this problem and for future reference.
