The default frequency setting for Channel 35 in manual search is 586000
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winter_Hill_transmitting_station
A link to Wikipedia and Winter Hill Transmitter info, although hasn't been updated since 2020
says the frequency for Channel 35 is 585833
Maybe worth trying changing the frequency to that.
Go back to Manual Channel Search, select Channel 35.
Change frequency to 585833, Transmission to DVB-T2.
Now see if you get a signal and the Strength and Quality meters populate.
Have you at any point tried a full Auto Channel Search, do the Default choice, Smart is not smart.
Remember to jot down or photograph your recording schedule and any personalised channel lists.
Thats just the same pictures you posted at 4pm.
I didn't think it had uploaded
Did you note the suggestion about keeping the HDMI cable away from aerial cables?
It is described by some as a myth, but often suggested by others as a source of interference which can knock out a single Mux as you are experiencing.

I am quite sure it isn't a myth; I have certainly experienced interference due to a carpet fitter managing to leave the leads into the TV in a terrible tangle.

I have not had the problem, but I know plenty, like you, have. However, in only the last week or so someone on one of the forum sites said it was a myth.
Just to say thank you to all who tried to help me. I didn't manage to sort it out after trying all the suggestions but thanks anyway

Can I ask one question; in an early post you said "Samsung TV does not receive HD however, the aerial goes from wall direct to humax and then out to TV so I guess TV would not get HD this way." Can I check are you saying there is an aerial cable running from the Humax to the TV or is there just the HDMI lead running from Humax to TV?
